Group Coaching
1. About the Sessions
Saeed Alghafri Consulting group coaching sessions support leadership, professional and personal growth through coaching, reflection and shared learning.
Group coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or professional consultancy. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.

2. Who Can Join
Participants must be 18 years or older. Sessions are interactive and participants are expected to engage respectfully and contribute to a safe and constructive environment.
Saeed Alghafri Consulting may remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or negatively affects the group experience.

3. Group Size and Confirmation
Each session has a limited number of places. Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
Your place is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

4. Online Booking
Bookings are made through Saeed Alghafri Consulting’s online booking system. You may be asked for your name, contact details, professional role and short coaching-related information.
Submitting a booking request does not by itself guarantee a place. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate. If you make a booking error, please contact Saeed Alghafri Consulting as soon as possible.

5. Third-Party Platforms
Saeed Alghafri Consulting may use third-party providers for online booking, payment processing, email and reminders, video conferencing, calendar invitations and related services.
Your information may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

6. Service Communications
By booking, you agree to receive service-related communications such as booking and payment confirmations, reminders, joining instructions, calendar invitations and follow-up information relating to the session.
Service messages are separate from marketing communications. Marketing will be sent only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.

7. Confidentiality
Saeed Alghafri Consulting will treat information shared during the session as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
By joining a group session, you agree not to share personal, professional or business information disclosed by other participants outside the group. Because group coaching involves other participants, Saeed Alghafri Consulting cannot guarantee that another participant will always maintain confidentiality.

8. Recording
Group coaching sessions are not recorded by Saeed Alghafri Consulting unless all participants have expressly agreed in advance.
Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, copy or distribute any part of a session without prior written permission from Saeed Alghafri Consulting and the people involved.

9. Fees and Payment
The price shown at the time of booking is the price payable for the session. Any applicable taxes will be shown where required.
Full payment is required to confirm your place. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

10. Cancellation by You
Because each session has a limited number of places, cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may be transferred once to another available Saeed Alghafri Consulting group coaching session.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not attend, the fee is non-refundable. Saeed Alghafri Consulting may make exceptions at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

11. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Saeed Alghafri Consulting
Saeed Alghafri Consulting may reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, coach availability or insufficient participant numbers.
If Saeed Alghafri Consulting cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to another available session. If a session is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund.

12. Online Sessions and Technology
Online sessions may be delivered through Zoom or another video conferencing platform. You are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection, working audio and video, and a private environment suitable for confidential discussion.
Saeed Alghafri Consulting is not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, internet connection or technology outside Saeed Alghafri Consulting’s reasonable control.

13. Coaching Outcomes
Coaching may support greater awareness, clarity, development and action, but results vary between individuals. Saeed Alghafri Consulting does not guarantee any specific personal, career, business, financial or leadership outcome.

14. Intellectual Property
Any Saeed Alghafri Consulting materials, frameworks, exercises, presentations, resources or handouts remain the intellectual property of Saeed Alghafri Consulting or their respective owners. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold or used commercially without written permission.

15. Personal Information
Your personal information will be collected, used and protected in accordance with Saeed Alghafri Consulting’s Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.
​
16. Limitation of Responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply anything discussed during coaching. To the extent permitted by law, Saeed Alghafri Consulting will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions or actions taken following a coaching session.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable UAE law.

18. Acceptance
By completing your booking, making payment or selecting the relevant acceptance box in the booking system, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
